The authors of this document are, thus far, Robert McWhirter and Alex McKee.

Robert McWhirter

A founder member of UKIP, he has stood in national, regional, local, and Scottish elections and has also worked in HQ. He ran the national website for a year. He has a B.Sc (Hons) in Business Studies and Computing, and an Information Systems Examination Board (ISEB) qualification in software testing.

During his varied career, he has carried out web-related work for clients including Reuters, Tesco, NTL and Raytheon.

In summer 2007 Nigel Farage appointed Rob as chair of the Branch Website Coordination Committee, reporting to David Sinclair, with a view to advising on improving our web presence generally, suggesting policy for election candidacy websites, and looking out for all party websites other than the national one.

Alex McKee

A member of UKIP since early 2004, he has been designing websites for UKIP for 4 years. He is a self-employed web developer, computer programmer and entrepreneur based in Gloucester.

David Sinclair

David is the National Website Coordinator, responsible for everything on UKIP.ORG, and edits Independence News.
